The first chapter of The Settler has been adapted for the stage by the Jewish Collaborative Theater in Portland, OR, from February 23-25, 2014. The act will be featured alongside adaptations of works by other prominent Israeli writers, including David Ehrlich, Sayed Kashua and Shani Boianjiu, as part of a program called “Wrestling with Home.”
The first chapter dramatized the heart-wrenching expulsion scene.
